ALTHOUGH most of us live in the Kingston area, we have members throughout Ontario. As you can see from the club schedule, our focus is on canoeing. We do lots of other things throughout the year — hiking,
cross-country skiing and eating at pot-luck parties.
The annual membership fee is $35.00 for a single membership and $60.00 for a family. When you join the club, your membership lasts until March 31 the next year. New members, joining in October or later, have their membership extended for an extra 12 months until the second March 31 following.
As a member, you will receive the newsletter, you can take part in club trips, and you can use canoes and kayaks without charge when the boathouse is open in the summer. You will also be able to rent a canoe or kayak to use on a club-organized trip.
If space is available, you can store a canoe or kayak at the boathouse, at a charge of $96.00 a year. We charge moderate fees for some clinics and for renting club-owned canoes and kayaks on club trips.
How to join the club
We welcome new members. To join, just download and print a copy of the membership form, either in Word format or PDF format. Then fill out the form and mail it in.
